The National Monuments Service's description

Bowman (1934, 375) records two 'dallans' in Mr Brennan's land '...22ft 7in apart, orientation NE and SW. The North-eastern dallan is 1ft 10in high by 7ft 3in in girth, the other is 1ft 6in high by 7ft 9in in girth'. Exact location not known.

The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
