The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture, rising gently to SSE. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; slightly raised, circular area (31m N-S) defined by scarp, most clearly visible N->SSE; shallow external fosse ESE->SSE, with low rise to outside at SE. Interior truncated by passageway to SW.
