The National Monuments Service's description
In tillage, on SW-facing slope. Depicted as arc SSE->NW incorporated into field boundary system on 1842 OS 6-inch map; field fences removed and free standing arc (C c. 35m) shown as hachured bank on 1905 and 1937 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; site visible in field as bare stoney patches, which when joined together form circle. Circular enclosure visible as cropmark of fosse in aerial photograph (CASAP).
