The National Monuments Service's description
In marshy ground, c. 40m NE of bend in stream. Hachured on 1936 OS 6-inch map as circular mound (diam. c. 10m) with arc of bank immediately to NW. Area inaccessible due to swampy conditions. Visible in aerial photograph (GSIAP, R660, May 1977) as differential growth patterns. Nature of site unknown.
