The National Monuments Service's description

Road bridge (Wth 5.2m; long axis E-W) over River Funshion, on county boundary with Limerick. Limestone construction, stone footing set in river. Five semicircular arches (span c. 4m); rough voussoirs. Bridge widened by c. 2.11m on upstream side (N); similar size arches with dressed voussoirs; piers of ashlar project out into low bluntly pointed cutwaters. Modern iron railed parapet; structure recently repaired. Bridge of 18th-century appearance.
