The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on edge of coniferous plantation; on break in lower N-facing slope of Knockafutera in Ballyhoura Mountain range. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 18m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; as oval-shaped raised area (c. 18m x c. 15m) on 1903 and 1937 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; no visible surface trace.
