The National Monuments Service's description

In rough grazing. Partially overgrown horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (16.8m SSE-NNW; 14.2m WSW-ENE; H 0.55m); opening (Wth 3.5m) faces WSW. NE edge of mound cut by cattle track. One of a group of five fulachta fiadh (10840, 10842, 10843, 10844).
