The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on W-facing slope, c. 100m to E of Deel River and c. 600m SSE of Milford. Rectangular area (30m N-S; 24m E-W) enclosed by fosse (Wth c. 10m; D 1.4m) on S, W and N sides and by bank (int. H 0.75m; ext. H 1m) and external fosse (D 1m) on E side; counterscarp bank (H 0.4m) on S, W and most of E side. Possible entrance (Wth 4m) at NW corner. Listed by Barry (1981, 83, no. 42). Possible moated site (14255) on opposite (W) side of Deel River; Kilbolane Castle (14331) c. 400m to NE.
