The National Monuments Service's description
On a small plateau at the top of a low rise in pasture towards the centre of Inishmore or Deer Island in the Fergus Estuary. A circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) defined by a low bank visible on Digital Globe (2011-2013) and OSi MapGenie (2013-2018) orthophotos. Noted by Hugh Carey. Remains of a house of indeterminate date (CL050-076001-) are centrally located within the enclosure.
