The National Monuments Service's description
At the W edge of an E-W ridge. Listed as 'enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A circular grass-covered but poached area (int. diam. 20m) defined by a scrub-covered earthen bank (Wth 4.4-6.3m; int. H 0.45-0.7m; ext. H 0.7-1.2m) the outer face of which has been cut away at S. There is no visible fosse and the entrance is not identifiable, but there are gaps at S (Wth 1.4m), SSE (0.8m) and NW (Wth 0.8m).
