The National Monuments Service's description
A small circular hut site was noted in 1996 during clearance by a bulldozer in advance of the construction of Cregaun housing estate in Ennis town. It was close to a large glacial erratic with an inscribed face (CL033-118----) and a small mound (CL033-177----) was also noted almost alongside the boulder. (Coffey 1996, 57)
