The National Monuments Service's description

This record is for a 17th-century house known, from an inscribed and dated stone (see CL033-082018-/CL025-095009-), to have been built by George Stacpole in 1687 and to have been on Parnell Street within Ennis historic town (CL033-082----). (Westropp 1895-7, 38; Bradley, Halpin and King 1988, 50; Ó Dálaigh 2012, 24)
