The National Monuments Service's description
Listed as 'Burial ground' in the RMP (1996). Situated towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. A subrectangular grass-covered mound (dims. of base 13.8m E-W; 11.2m N-S; dims. of top 11.5m E-W; 10m E-W; H 0.2-0.6m) with another slight mound (diam. 2.5m; H 0.1m) on top towards the edge at SW. There is one stone visible on the mound and another outside the perimeter at NE but other stones can be felt underfoot. There is a bullaun stone (CL033-062002-) at the site. (Westropp 1917, 4)
