The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on top of a drumlin. A circular grass and rush-covered area (38m N-S; 34.8m E-W) defined by slight traces of an earthen bank (at N: Wth c. 5m; H 0.1m; at S: Wth 3m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.1m) which is entirely missing from E to S. There is no visible entrance or fosse, but a drain follows the inner edge of the perimeter from W to S. There is a hut-site (CL033-057002-) in the centre.
