The National Monuments Service's description

In level bog, overlooked by slightly higher, gently undulating landscape of pasture and rough pasture. Not depicted on OS historic mapping. This monument was identified as a sub-oval anomaly on satellite imagery (https://binged.it/2mApwPS, accessed 7 March 2017), whereby it forms a blunt point at E. It consists of a sub-oval area (14m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by a slightly raised bank-like ring of heather and bog myrtle (Wth 2m; H 0.2m). The ring is intermittent and the width is not uniform. The interior is generally level and featureless, like the surrounding bog. The interior is level and is covered by low heathers, bog myrtle, sedge, bog asphodel, bog cotton and sphagnum moss. Enclosure (CL027-054----) is located c. 27m to S.
