The National Monuments Service's description
On a flat-topped hillock in hilly pasture. Hachured as a rath on the OS 1840 6-inch map. Archaeological testing (97E0043) by B. Hodkinson in 1997 failed to produce any archaeological material (Bennett 1998, Excavations 1997, p. 6, No. 19). On inspection in 1999 no visible remains could be seen at ground level. A caravan park lies immediately adjacent to the W.
