The National Monuments Service's description

On the SW-facing slope of a low NE-SW ridge in rough pasture and some hazel scrub. A subcircular enclosure (c. 50m N-S; c. 40m E-W) defined by a partially grassed over wall is visible on Digital Globe (2011-2013) and on OSi MapGenie (2013-2018). Mound walls abut the perimeter at N and NE. Within a large field system (CL017-180----) and in an area with a concentration of megalithic tombs. Two wedge tombs (CL017-008001- and CL017-008002-) lie c. 130m to the NE, and another (CL017-009----) is c. 140m to the ESE. An unclassified megalithic tomb lies c. 195m to the SE and a court tomb (CL017-180007-) lies c. 250m to the SW.
