The National Monuments Service's description
In wet pastureland on the E side of a S-flowing stream, with hazel woods immediately to the W and Shandangan Lough c. 140m to the S. Noted by Ryan (1966-1967) and indicated on Robinson’s map of the Burren (1977). This fulacht fia comprises a grass-covered oval mound (5.5m ENE-WSW; 2.5-3m NNW-SSE; max. H 0.6m) of burnt and broken stones. A low mound (diam. 3.5-4.5m; H 0.2m) two metres to the W appears to be related. A second fulacht fia (CL017-083001-) lies c. 10m to the SW and to its W, just across the stream, are the remains of a possible third (CL017-083005-).
