The National Monuments Service's description
On low-lying partly cleared and drained boggy pasture overlooked by hillock to the N and S. Hachured as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 19m) on the 1842 edition of the OS 6-inch map. No located on inspection in May 1999 and aerial imagery suggests that that it has been levelled. However, its outline is clearly visible on Aerial Premium (2013-2018) imagery. A later NNW-SSE field boundary cuts across it from N to SSE.
