The National Monuments Service's description
Near the fast flowing Ballymacravan River between Lickeen Lough and Cloonomra Lough and to the W of the reservoir and pumping station. Depicted on the on the Down Survey barony map of Corcomroe (1658-9) (downsurvey.tcd.ie) as a mill with a waterwheel on the shore of Lickeen Lough and labelled simply ‘a mill’. Named ‘Corn & Tuck Mill’ in the 1840 OS 6-inch map. A well-built but overgrown and partially collapsed wall incorporated into a later field boundary is the only portion of the old mill to survive.
