The National Monuments Service's description

At the W end of the graveyard (CL015-083002-) enclosing ‘Kilmacrehy Church’ (CL015-083001-). A roughly hemispherical stone (diam. c. 0.5m) has a circular depression in its upper surface (diam. c. 0.2m).
