The National Monuments Service's description
In rough pasture overlooked by a hillock to the NE and c. 25m S of a stream. Hachured on the 1916 OS 6-inch map. A central mound (diam. 22m; H 0.4m) is enclosed by a fosse (Wth 3-5m) and a round-topped earthen bank (Wth 5-8m; ext. H 0.35-0.6m). A lowering of the bank at SSW appear to be modern. The interior is covered in rushes.
