The National Monuments Service's description
On high commanding ground with good views and within an extensive multiperiod field system (CL005-160001-). A possible cashel (33m N-S; 27m E-W) visible on Digital Globe (2011-2013) defined N-SW by a stone wall and a bank SW to N, reported to the National Monuments Service by Lynda McCormack. Field walls radiating from the cashel appear to be contemporary and a cashel CL010-002---- lies 25m to the NW.
