The National Monuments Service's description
On damp, rushy and partially overgrown rough pasture at the W edge of a formerly larger wetland area (marked ‘Liable to Flood’ on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map), and surrounded by improved pasture. Reported by Tom Coffey (SMR file), this overgrown fulacht fia is partially visible as a low subcircular mound (8m NNE-SSW; 6m WNW-ESE; H 0.6-0.9m) of blackened earth and friable stones. The SSW end is inaccessible due to briar and blackthorn overgrowth.
