The National Monuments Service's description
Within a rectangular cashel (CL010-064014-) on an elevated plateau of winter pasture, with slightly higher ground from N to NE and within a large field system (CL010-064001-). A grassed-over arc of stone defining a semicircular area (c. 12m E-W; c. 6m N-S) abutting the inner face of the E end of the N wall of the cashel.
