The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle but prominent rise in semi-karst, rough pasture, with wide views W-N-NNE, and within an extensive multiperiod field system (CL010-064001-). Indicated on Robinson’s map of the Burren (1977). This subcircular cairn (6m E-W; 5.7m N-S; H 0.6-0.8m) is partly moss- and grass-covered and a whitethorn grows on top. There is a scatter of loose stone on the SSE side. An enclosure (CL010-244----) lies c. 68m to the NW; a second cairn (CL010-030----) stands c. 110m to the NE, and a third (CL010-031----) c. 165m to the E. There is a hut site (CL010-247----) c. 148m to the NE, and a wedge tomb (CL010-028----) c. 193m to the WSW.
