The National Monuments Service's description

On a gentle S-facing slope in pasture and within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-001001-). An irregular enclosure (c. 78m E-W; c. 75m N-S) defined by a grassed-over wall curving E to SW, straight from SW to NW and very irregular at N. Visible on Digital Globe (2011-2013) and on OSi orthophotography (MapGenie 2013-2018). Later straight field walls cross the site NW-SE and SW-NE.
