The National Monuments Service's description

Situated in the NE interior of a cashel (CL009-203002-). An L-shaped souterrain (L c. 10.5m) incorporating an unroofed straight E-W section (L 4.5m; Wth 0.9m; D 0.5m) at the E end of which the passage turns N for at least 5m, roofed with stone lintels. There is an opening (Wth 0.45m; H 0.3m; roof lintel Wth 1m; T 0.25m) at the S end of the roofed section.
