The National Monuments Service's description
On the gentle S-facing slope of a plateau in rough pasture, within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). This subcircular grass-covered cairn (9.3m E-W; 8m N-S; H 1m) has two large stones protruding from the top. The larger stone (L 2.2m; H 0.9m; T 0.15-0.3m) is oriented NNE-SSW, and leans to the W. Just to the E of this is another stone (L 1.5m; T 0.25m) which only slightly protrudes from the grass covering the top of cairn. To the S and W of the larger stone other rocks of the cairn are also visible.
