The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in pasture in the SW of a settlement cluster (CL009-186----). This rectangular house (int. dims. 10.9m N-S; c. 5m E-W) of indeterminate date is defined by well-preserved grass-covered stone walls. There is an entrance (Wth 0.9m) in the E wall. The interior is divided into a larger N room (6.7m N-S) and a smaller S room (2.65m N-S), separated by a wall (Wth c. 0.55m) with a doorway in it. Built in the SW corner of a contemporaneous field (c. 33m NNW-SSE; c. 32 ENE-WSW), this house is part of distinct group or complex in the SW of the settlement cluster, together with two conjoined houses (CL009-186005- and CL009-186006-) 36m to the SSE and another house (CL009-186004-) 42m to the SE. Around this house group and to the N and E is a concentration of small fields (av. 10m x 20m). There are grass-covered clearance cairns to the E, and beyond these a road/trackway (CL009-186008-) extends NE-SW.
