The National Monuments Service's description
On undulating ground in pasture, within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-). Listed as ‘Burial mound(s)’ in the RMP (1996). Three ‘small burial mounds’ were indicated on a 6-inch map by Tom Coffey (SMR file) at IG 12049, 19512. On inspection in 1997 no remains were visible at that location. The precise location of these mounds remains unknown.
