The National Monuments Service's description

At the top of a gentle col with land rising slightly to the E and W, a modern road to the E, and a quarry just to the N. In pasture within a multiperiod field system (CL009-032001-). Identified by Tom Coffey (1989). This circular grass-covered stony cairn (6.8m NW-SE; 6.3m NE-SW; H 0.3-0.8m) has quite a flat top (3.8m NE-SW; 3m NW-SE). The cairn is surrounded by a berm (Wth 1.7-2.9m). Outside this are interrupted traces of a bank (15.4m NW-SE; Wth 1.6-2.4m; int. H 0.2-0.4m; ext. H 0.3m) which is largely missing at S-W, and at N-E may have been cut by the quarry.

A hut site (CL009-137002-) lies c. 18m to the S.
