The National Monuments Service's description
In hazel wood at the edge of a plateau sloping gently to the SE. Hachured on the 1842 and 1920 eds. of the OS 6-inch map. This very poorly preserved subcircular cashel (ext. dim. c. 24m N-S) is defined by a low grassed-over stone spread (Wth 5m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.8m), which is more substantial at N (Wth 7m; int. H 0.6m). A later drystone wall overlies it from SW to NE. There is another cashel (CL009-115----) c. 95m to the NE.
