The National Monuments Service's description

In pastureland, with the remains of a mixed tree plantation immediately to the N, on the flat summit of a low hill within a large multiperiod field system (CL009-059001-) and a local field system (CL009-249----). Labelled ‘Standing Stone’ on the OS 25-inch plan (1897) and as ‘Standing Stone (Site of)’ on the 1920 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. No visible remains. However, during a field inspection in April 1998 a ring-barrow (CL009-089002-) was identified here. A slab-lined burial (CL009-090001-) lies c. 176m to the ESE.
