The National Monuments Service's description

Prominently sited on a hillock with long and moderately steep-sided slopes to S and W, a narrow gorge (aligned NE-SW) to N and a short but steep slope to E. In pasture overlooking lower narrow valley to S. Listed as ‘Burial Ground’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Hachured and named ‘Kinatulla Grave Yard (for children)’ on the 1842 ed. OS 6-inch map and ‘Kinatulla Children’s Burial Gd. (Disused)’ on the 1915 ed. An irregularly shaped spread (7m NE-SW; 3m NW-SE) of small moss and grass-covered flags may be fallen or displaced grave markers. 3m to the SW is a possible church site (CL006-042019-). Several large unworked boulders dumped on the interior at E may also be displaced grave markers.
