The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on very exposed high rocky area with good views in all directions. Listed as ‘Enclosure in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). On inspection in 1998 this was found to be an enclosure (diam. c. 20m) defined by an apparently modern, drystone wall with the stones leaning against one another.
