The National Monuments Service's description

On an elevated ridge, just south of the Dangan and Kilweelran townland boundary. Listed as a ‘Potential Site Air Photo’ in the RMP. A large irregularly shaped enclosure (160m E-W; 120m N-S) defined by a mound wall. Its northern half forms an arc, but its southern half follows the local topography. A modern wall is built on its line from S to W. A possible house site (CL005-060003-) lies just N of centre.
A large cairn (CL005-060001-) overlooks it from c. 30m to the W. A smaller enclosure (CL005-061----) is located c. 100m to the E.
