The National Monuments Service's description
On a low NW terrace of Knockaunsmountain within a large field system (CL004-098----). A subcircular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) visible on Ordnance Survey ortho photo (2005-2012). Another possible cashel (CL004-103----) lies immediately adjacent to the E. Three cashels CL004-003----, CL004-004---- and CL004-007---- lie 60-100m to NW, N and NE respectively.
