The National Monuments Service's description
Situated at the NW base of a rocky terraced hill with good views to W and N. Listed as 'Enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Indicated on the 1915 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a subrectangular walled enclosure in an area with several circular enclosures to the N, E and S. On inspection in 1998 this was found to be an oblong drystone-walled enclosure (wall T 0.4-0.6m) with a second one at the NE end.
