The National Monuments Service's description
On the SW shore of Lough Luirk in an area subject to flooding. Indicated on Robinson’s map (1977). A small triangular-shaped mound of grass-covered burnt stone (10.8m SW–NE; 10m SE–NW; 7m E–W; max. H 1.5m) with a small depression (D 0.1–0.2m) on its surface, delimited on its E side by three set stones (L 1.3m) which project just above the sod cover, potentially marking a trough area.
