The National Monuments Service's description
Listed as 'Megalithic structure, possible' in the RMP (1996). Spellissy (1987, 102) refers to a 'slabbed tomb-like structure' close to a cairn (CL002-001-). There are several turf stands quite close to that cairn, those nearest being 12m N at ITM 516543, 710596 and 10m W at ITM 516524, 710585 with many more scattered across the hilltop. It is most likely that he was referring to one of these.
