The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on level pastureland at the N shore of a coastal plain and 12m N of Gleninagh tower house (CL002-007001-). The foundations of a building (12.2m E-W; 5m N-S) defined by a grassed-over stony spread (Wth 1.6m; H 0.1-0.3m). A grassed over stony spread (Wth 1.2m; H 0.2m) also divides the building internally near its centre. The E limits are overlain by a later field wall.
