Le vaste immeuble est loti en 1834 par les héritiers qui souhaitent s'en séparer. Le premier lot a sa façade sur la rue Saint-Denis. Le second fait l'angle des rues du Barachois et de Sainte-Anne. Le troisième est borné au nord et à l'est par les terrains. A ce troisième lot, le nouveau propriétaire fait ajouter au corps principal un pavillon, et érige contre le mur de clôture nord la cuisine en appentis. En 1936-1937, la véranda ouverte est fermée.

History
The vast building is subdivided into lots in 1834 by the heirs who wish to separate from it. The first lot has its façade on the rue Saint-Denis.
