Ce manoir est représentatif des grandes demeures bourgeoises de la fin du 19ème siècle en région parisienne. De style Néo-Renaissance, il intègre également un vocabulaire décoratif alsacien. Le manoir est composé de deux corps de logis contigus dont le plus petit s'inspire des architectures de chalet. Le grand corps de logis est réalisé en brique et pierre de taille, agrémenté de pans de bois à la manière des constructions régionalistes. Deux bâtiments formant les communs complètent l'ensemble. Les intérieurs conservent de nombreux éléments d'origine : escalier magistral, plafonds à caissons peints, cheminées ainsi que des vitraux. Le manoir abrite l'Hôtel de Ville de Sarcelles depuis 1964.

History
This manor is representative of the great bourgeois residences of the late 19th century in the Paris region. In Neo-Renaissance style, it also incorporates Alsatian decorative vocabulary. The manor is composed of two contiguous main dwellings, the smaller of which is inspired by chalet architecture. The large main dwelling is built in brick and dressed stone, embellished with timber framing in the manner of regionalist constructions. Two buildings forming the outbuildings complete the ensemble. The interiors preserve many original elements: monumental staircase, coffered ceilings painted, fireplaces as well as stained glass windows. The manor has housed the Town Hall of Sarcelles since 1964.
