Manufacture de porte-plumes, plumes et oeillets métalliques fondée en 1836 par Guillaume Bac à Paris. Elle est transfére à Ivry-sur-Seine en 1894 (construction de la halle). En 1900, la société est rachetée par la firme américaine United Shoe Machinery Company qui construit un nouveau bâtiment en verre et métal en 1913 (architecte Paul See).

History
Penholder, pen and metal eyelet manufacture founded in 1836 by Guillaume Bac in Paris. It was transferred to Ivry-sur-Seine in 1894 (construction of the hall). In 1900, the company was taken over by the American firm United Shoe Machinery Company which built a new building in glass and metal in 1913 (architect Paul See).
