Demeure de plan rectangulaire de la seconde moitié du 18e siècle, avec ajout d'un dernier étage au 19e siècle. La maison fut ensuite transformée en école de filles puis, de 1898 à la Première guerre mondiale, la Croix Verte Française y reçut les soldats en convalescence à leur retour d'expéditions coloniales. En 1928, le collège arménien Samuel Moorat s'y installe. Cette maison est l'un des derniers exemples des maisons de plaisance des bords de Seine. Les pièces de réception au second niveau comportent des éléments de décor, notammant une peinture murale représentant les grandes figures de l'histoire religieuse et artistique arménienne.

History
Dwelling of rectangular plan from the second half of the 18th century, with the addition of a further storey in the 19th century. The house was subsequently transformed into a girls' school and then, from 1898 to the First World War, the Croix Verte Française received convalescent soldiers there on their return from colonial expeditions. In 1928, the Armenian college Samuel Moorat installed itself there. This house is one of the last examples of pleasure houses on the banks of the Seine. The reception rooms on the second level contain decorative elements, notably a mural painting representing the great figures of Armenian religious and artistic history.
