Partly rebuilt in the 19th century, this castle and its outbuildings occupy, at the centre of the estate, a terrace, a sort of rectangular island surrounded by moats still filled with water. With its park and its hydraulic system, the estate inscribes itself, at a reduced scale, in the line of water gardens which develop at the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries.
