Historique
Le château, élevé au 16ème siècle, a été transformé à partir de 1852. Il se compose de plusieurs corps de bâtiments juxtaposés. L'accès à la cour se fait par un très beau portail du 16ème siècle. Le château possède de nombreuses tourelles d'angle. Les encadrements des baies sont moulurés en pierre de taille très soignée. Un ensemble aujourd'hui très composite se substitue à la structure médiévale classique à l'intérieur du logis en raison des modifications de la deuxième partie du 19ème siècle. En 1879, le moulin du château fut transformé en cimenterie dont les bâtiments sont conservés. L'activité de l'usine cessera en 1930.

History
The château, erected in the 16th century, was transformed from 1852 onwards. It consists of several building bodies placed alongside each other. Access to the courtyard is made through a very fine 16th century gateway. The château has numerous corner turrets. The surrounds of the openings are moulded in carefully worked ashlar stone. A today very composite ensemble replaces the classical medieval structure inside the main dwelling due to the modifications of the second half of the 19th century. In 1879, the château's mill was transformed into a cement works whose buildings are preserved. The factory's activity ceased in 1930.
