Toutes les croix de Domecy sont brisées en 1794, à l'exception d'une croix, plantée au lieu-dit Champ-d'Arnoult, sauvée par un habitant du village. Celui-ci la donne vers 1801 à la fabrique de l'église, qui la fait réédifier sur le socle de la croix du cimetière. Le socle paraît dater de la fin du 15e siècle, avec des bases à moulures prismatiques. La croix semble dater de la même période. Le fût octogonal est dressé sur un dé. La croix, dont le montant et la traverse sont de section octogonale, est décorée aux extrémités de motifs végétaux stylisés. A l'avant elle est ornée d'un Christ flanqué de deux statuettes représentant Madeleine et un franciscain.

History
All the crosses in Domecy were broken in 1794, with the exception of one cross, planted at the place called Champ-d'Arnoult, saved by a village inhabitant. He gave it around 1801 to the church fabric, which had it rebuilt on the base of the cemetery cross. The base appears to date from the end of the 15th century, with bases having prismatic mouldings. The cross seems to date from the same period. The octagonal shaft is erected on a plinth. The cross, whose post and traverse are octagonal in section, is decorated at the extremities with stylized plant motifs. At the front it is adorned with a Christ flanked by two statuettes representing Magdalen and a Franciscan.
