Historique
Cette commanderie de Saint-Jean de Jérusalem fait suite à un établissement templier. Elle est mentionnée en 1338. En 1460, bâtiments, église et parc furent entourés d'un mur. L'église fut détruite par les Protestants en 1567 et reconstruite par le commandeur Rouxel de Médavy qui n'arriva pas à rétablir les voûtes. La nef est toujours surmontée d'une charpente en bois du 15e siècle.

History
This commandery of Saint-Jean de Jérusalem succeeded a Templar establishment. It is mentioned in 1338. In 1460, buildings, church and park were surrounded by a wall. The church was destroyed by Protestants in 1567 and rebuilt by the commander Rouxel de Médavy who was unable to restore the vaults. The nave is still surmounted by timber roof structure of the 15th century.
